xNormal 3.17.3 and ratGPU 0.4.4

Ok, time for another update:

1. We released xNormal 3.17.3 several days ago ( I had no time to post the update, sorry ).

2. Today we released ratGPU 0.4.3/0.4.4 adding a standalone app and a small benchmark for Windows, Ubuntu and OpenSUSE.
