xNormal 3.16.13 has been released. It's just a patch but it's important if you are a ZBrush 3.5 user or you have a slow Internet connection:
- Solved a problem importing OBJ meshes exported from Zbrush 3.5/Polypaint(0% load stall).
- The examples have been sepparated from the main package and they're available now as an independent .7z file.

There is still a problem with RNM generation: it often happens that adjacent polygons in 3d model but separated in UV map have different colors in generated texture regardless of normals and smoothing. Here is a sample picture:
http://runserver.net/temp/rnm_bug.jpg
On the left you see a tent with RNM texture in diffuse channel. Texture is on the right.
Contact me for details and sample model.
Is there a texture seam between the top part of the tent and the bottom one?
If there is a seam there then the tangent basis won't match across the triangles, so it will be normal to get different colors... Try to weld the UVs there ( connect the UVs ).
Other problem: are your adjacent triangles defined in the same UV counter-clockwise order? If not, the tangent basis could be different also.
Btw, I see some black pixels on the right that I cannot match on the left image... (???)
